The technician communicated the timeline with me very well. Ever was prompt, neat, and respectful and he was successful in removing the stains on the back seats! It was amazing to see such a self-contained truck with everything he needed all in it! Thank you Ever - you did an excellent job!

Tilicare does a marvelous job, the young man was thorough, knew exactly what he was doing. Once he began to wash the car he went right about his business not even stopping for a break or anything, by the time he was finished I couldn't believe my eyes the car looked like I just drove off the carlot from purchasing it. You will never go wrong highering Tilicare services they're worth it. You won't believe while the young man was washing my car the next door neighbour's looking through his windows observe what was going on so he came over and enquire from the young man about the business. I'm pretty sure that he'll render tilicare services. Just remember, don't stay long cause you'll will go wrong. Tilicare is great.

I can’t say enough about this business. Picked up a 2000 GMC Yukon but the inside was disgusting. Technician (didn’t catch his name) showed up promptly at the appointment time of 8:00AM. He texted me at work a little after saying he couldn’t guarantee he could remove all the stains. “No problem, didn’t expect that.” Called me 2 1/2 hours later saying he tried but wasn’t successful in removing all of them. No problem. Thing is when I got home I couldn’t figure out what stains he was talking about. The inside of this truck looks amazing! I wouldn’t think twice about using Tilicare again. It’s nice to find professionals in every aspect of customer service.
My car was so dirty, it was embarrassing! When Ever was finished, my car looked brand new! I will use Tilicare again and I highly recommend them!

Ali is great at this service! He is very responsive which could be the most important aspect of this business.He took several hours to detail my large truck the first time. Ali and Markus did another phenomenal job!! This is the second car they did for me in this week. They made my wife’s Mercedes look like it came off the showroom floor!!
