Tilicare does a marvelous job, the young man was thorough, knew exactly what he was doing. Once he began to wash the car he went right about his business not even stopping for a break or anything, by the time he was finished I couldn't believe my eyes the car looked like I just drove off the carlot from purchasing it. You will never go wrong highering Tilicare services they're worth it. You won't believe while the young man was washing my car the next door neighbour's looking through his windows observe what was going on so he came over and enquire from the young man about the business. I can’t say enough about this business. Picked up a 2000 GMC Yukon but the inside was disgusting. Technician (didn’t catch his name) showed up promptly at the appointment time of 8:00AM. He texted me at work a little after saying he couldn’t guarantee he could remove all the stains. “No problem, didn’t expect that.” Called me 2 1/2 hours later saying he tried but wasn’t successful in removing all of them. No problem. Thing is when I got home I couldn’t figure out what stains he was talking about. The inside of this truck looks amazing! I wouldn’t think twice about using Tilicare again. It’s nice to find professionals in every aspect of customer service.
